Super fun place ! My girl loved it and so did we. Plenty of room to run around. They have this cute little toddler area perfect for our little girl. Not too crowded and staff is keeping the place clean and sanitized.

It was very fun! My kids had a great time. I would have given you 5 stars if it wasn't for someone telling me you would be closing an hour after you actually did... paying for a 2 hour voucher and then playing for 1 hour is a whole different thing.. I could have saved money or saved it for a different time... But... hey, I did speak to the manager and they made it right.. so I really couldn't ask for anything else... ( that's why you got 4 stars) thank you for being understanding and taking care of your customers
I really enjoyed this place compared to Rush Park nearby. The price is more reasonable and its much better designed for lots of fun.
My kids had a really great time. I feel it’s totally worth the money. Coming from someone who works in the customer service industry I like to give feedback. Masks are not enforced for parents just walking around. Which is okay I choose to be out but just an FYI for those that are really cautious. Second all the staff besides the floor manager short brown curly hair seemed miserable. Last thing we bought some snacks and the whole time I was checking out the guy was making jokes with all the staff and then proceeded to tell me I’m charging your for extra ice I seen you get it. Umm okay no worries proceeded to check out and when requested a receipt he grabbed it out of the trash after tossing it and handed it to me. Obviously I’m out here with my kids so I’m a little Lenient but dude it’s Covid!!! No form of any type of safety precautions for families besides a few sanitizers. Even through all that my kids had a blast! I work in hospitality and know what it’s like to work during a pandemic but just some feedback I thought would help other.
We had a blast at Uptown Jungle Fun Park!! Kids ages 5, 3 and 18 months all had a fantastic time! Plenty to do for all of them! We went on a week day so there were very few other people. We did 120 minutes and it was the perfect amount off time to wear everybody out! The climbing structure was not at all difficult to climb and it was easy to follow my toddlers around even as an adult. The toddler area was perfect for the little ones to not have to worry about the big kids and the trampoline area was safe and so much fun! The woman at the desk was SO helpful! Would definitely recommend! We will absolutely be returning!
